赵德勋

       赵德勋，1965年6月生，山东临沂人，中国美术家协会会员，山东省美术家协会会员。1989年毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系学士学位，书画师从杨象宪、陈我鸿、杨硕、龙瑞、张宝珠、张志民等诸位先生，2015年进入中国国家画院师从张志民教授，2017年进入中国国家画院张志民指墨工作室，现为济南市文化馆专职画家，济南市美术家协会理事，山东泰山国画院高级画师, 曲阜师范大学特聘教授，鲁商画院理事，山东翰青画院副院长，民盟济南画院副院长。

Zhao Dexun, born in June 1965 in Linyi, Shandong Province, is a member of China Artists Association and Shandong Artists Association. In 1989, he graduated from the Department of fine arts of Qufu Normal University with a bachelor's degree. His calligraphy and painting teachers are Mr. Yang Xiangxian, Chen Xihong, Yang Shuo, Long Rui, Zhang Baozhu, Zhang Zhimin and so on. In 2015, he joined the Chinese National Academy of painting with Professor Zhang Zhimin. In 2017, he joined the Chinese National Academy of painting with Zhang Zhimin's finger ink workshop. Now he is a full-time painter of Jinan Cultural Museum, director of Jinan Artists Association, and Shandong Taishan Senior painter of Chinese Painting Academy, distinguished professor of Qufu Normal University, director of Lushang painting academy, vice president of Shandong Hanqing painting academy and vice president of Jinan Painting Academy of NLD.

INTEGRATION ART - The 19th (JAPAN) International ART Exchange Exhibition 

       文化交流，是国际间的人文、学术交流的最佳桥梁。文化、思想、观念相互交流与大融合已成一新的世界潮流，各种文化、思想、观念、信息可实现即时无障碍交流融汇，交流与融汇成为所有文化存在与优化的状态和选择；一个以互联网为技术力量和联结纽带的地球时代正在形成。

       艺术是时代变化的风向标，更是以其形态与表现的可见性强烈地预示着时代的变迁；艺术的最大优势是把看不见的思想、观念、情感转化成鲜明的视觉形态；这形态不仅仅预示和透露着艺术自身，更是艺术的母体整个文化变迁的一个浓缩反映。

       艺术以自身表达的特性与功能努力地呼应着这个时代，互融互通的观念与表达早已在各个艺术门类中通行；观念艺术、装置艺术、行为艺术、影像等新艺术形态的产生意味着视觉艺术既打通了传统门类的围墙，也意味着艺术表达已跨越了艺术的边界；走向了更大的世界。

       艺术表达门类与边界的突破，必然催生出一个全新的呈现与表演平台；一个包容着各种不同艺术形态、一个呼应着交流与融汇的时代已经来临。

       「融絵――第19回日本国际美术交流会展」是一次国际文化的交流和互动；是相互尊重、包容，互教互学的欢聚；是艺术家们的学术对话交流平台；是艺术家“文化之旅”的探索、体验和启动。我们有理由相信，这是一次文化的“艺术盛宴”，是艺术家们的展示和艺术的怒放……
